Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

PromptsLive collects the minimum information necessary to operate the gateway service:

  • Account Information: Email address and project metadata when you create an account.
  • Telemetry Data: For each API request processed through the gateway, we record the timestamp, moderation status, trigger reason, a truncated preview of the prompt (first 200 characters), and token count. Full message content is not stored.
  • Usage Metrics: Aggregate request volume, latency statistics, and error rates for service monitoring.

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the gateway service.
  • Provide you with telemetry analytics in the dashboard.
  • Detect and prevent abuse of the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share aggregated, anonymized data for analytics purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of PromptsLive, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

Telemetry logs are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Account information is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@promptslive.com.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. API tokens are hashed before storage. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

PromptsLive acts as a proxy to third-party AI model providers such as OpenAI. When you route requests through our gateway, your prompt content is forwarded to the provider you specify with your upstream API key. Data handling by these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@promptslive.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
