Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptsLive (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

PromptsLive provides an AI content safety gateway proxy that enables users to apply moderation, blacklist filtering, and telemetry monitoring to API requests sent to upstream AI model providers. The Service is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens and account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • You are responsible for all content processed through your gateway, including compliance with OpenAI's usage policies.

4. Data Processing & Privacy

PromptsLive acts as a transparent proxy. We do not store prompt content beyond the telemetry logs necessary for operational analytics (message previews, moderation flags, and token counts). Full message payloads are forwarded to your upstream provider and are not retained by PromptsLive. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

PromptsLive is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall PromptsLive be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or upstream API costs incurred through the gateway.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your API tokens will be invalidated and telemetry data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
